Description[]
The Kagemori Clan is an ancient alliance of Huntsmen and Huntresses that has a history lost to time. Founded in Mistral, it has become a secretive village amongst the forests and the mountains that has perfected the art of hiding.
Perhaps its greatest disciple and achievement is a young girl who calls herself "Tsukihime" now regarded as a legend told throughout Mistral itself; that one look from her eyes can turn any warrior to stone; that her garden is a garden of death. But the truth is that she is an outcast, a reject from the clan; someone who ran away to seek something better, something more.
Tsukihime founded the clan's branch in Vale, but soon left it behind, letting the machinations of human civilization take hold. She continues to be a mystifying presence throughout the kingdoms, instilling awe and fear in whoever she encounters.
The Clan's doctrine is that being invisible is strength, that she shadows are where one will find their true calling. It is no surprise that many hunters and huntresses who were once part of this Clan now tread a path of evil.
Techniques[]
See without Seeing[]
One of the first higher-level techniques taught to members in training is the ability to sense an attacker without using their eyes; after blindfolding the trainee, there will be three other Hunters sparring against them; they are taught to feel and hear the changes in the wind, feel the pulse of the opponent's aura, and strike. This technique functions much of the same way against Grimm, but focuses much less on aura.
