Appearance[]

Stahlritz is slim, but sculpted. His facial features look like a mix of Asian and German. He has thin black hair the comes down to at least his collarbones.

His armor is a custom built set composed of black and gunmetal blue Type-3 plating; durable yet lightweight. Slash-resistant fibers with some Synth-Muscle inlays (enough to negate the armor's weight and only that) compose the underlying body suit to which the plates are attached. A CATSAI camera with 360 traverse horizontal and 45 degree traverse vertical is mounted on his left shoulder, along with several small dust Canisters for miscellaneous use. A leathery half-kilt protects his rear from Jump-kit exhaust.

His legs have been cybernetically modified to contain high-resistance shock dampeners and small adrenaline pumps. The former allowing him to maintain control of his powerful rifle at full sprint and parkour and the latter giving him better endurance.

He also wears a set on contacts linked to his CATSAI unit. These contacts project a minimalist HUD as well as having a Picture-In-Picture view for the shoulder camera.

Personality[]

One would assume that being trained from childhood to be a huntsman would result in a strong work ethic and sober professionalism, but this is the total opposite with him. Aside from the intensive speed training needed to maintain his ability to do parkour while engaging opponents and simulated combat done for personal entertainment, Fritz has little, if any regard for anything else. His instructors and clients comment that "all that boy seems to care about is his next paycheck". He'll doze off in class and put off paperwork and after-action reports, only to show up at the last minute with a stack of completed documents before freerunning across campus, back to his sofa. He's an easy-going and laid-back guy. The only thing that really annoys him are self-righteous people who feel it's absolutely necessary to involve themselves in everyone's business. Of course, being a student of the Flagg Institute and therefore, an Eliminator, he's trained himself to turn deaf ears and blind eyes to the banal protests and canned speeches of the institute's legions of critics, citing "anything further [than ignoring them] really isn't worth the effort. Besides, chances are, those folks with the signs are doing it just to make themselves feel relevant. The reality is I think they look like idiots."

Combat is a similar story. On the plus side, he takes his job seriously and demonstrates incredible prowess as a soldier courtesy of his mother's training. He is brutally pragmatic and careful to avoid casualties with those that are put under his lead. Despite his generally apathetic attitude, his clients cannot deny that he gets results and is well worth the contract. On the other hand, he has his eccentricities. He'll breach into a room, eliminating all hostiles inside and then proceed to arrange the corpses into absurd poses before transmitting the image to the enemy commander using a looted communicator. He'll hack into an enemy comms network only to perform a dramatic reading of what new poor quality poetry or fanfiction he has scrounged up from the bowels of the internet. Either way, Fritz has garnered a reputation for being notoriously unpredictable and devastatingly reliable on the job. He's right kind of crazy and that's exactly what he wants everyone to think.

Eliminator profile[]

NOTICE: This file is meant to be accessed only by Flagg Personnel and potential clients. ANY OTHER ACCESS IS FORBIDDEN.

Despite his occasional lack of professionalism, as demonstrated by numerous accounts of, what we can best describe as "vandalism" in the field, Stahlfritz is nonetheless a highly effective eliminator. His specialties focus primarily around infiltration and covert operations. We've witnessed him defeat multiple security systems with little difficulty and through rather unconventional methods. A notable incident is when he was tasked with infiltrating a factory held by disgruntled workers. CATSAI footage shows him ordering several pizzas and entering the compound while the guards were distracted by the incident. He later consumed the pizzas once the operation had been completed, claiming "why waste a perfectly good pizza?". Another notable incident occurred when he was tasked with clearing out a small office building during a training operation. Somehow, he had smuggled a bale of hallucinogenic plants into the training area where upon starting, he promptly went to the roof of the building and stuffed the bales into the Air conditioner. He then proceeded to light the bales on fire, intoxicating the inhabitants and promptly neutralizing them. Combat is natural and fluid for him as well; his weapon choice is best suited for medium to close range encounters and his fighting style relies heavily on hit-and-run attacks while being cloaked by his semblance.

Across multiple incidents (118960, 123513, 124892, 130169, 137138 ), Stahlfritz demonstrates a repeated aptitude in surgical strikes, infiltration, and electronic warfare. Though many of these incidents to include his usual tomfoolery, the results cannot be argued with whether they be recovery of nuclear warheads or dispatching highly dangerous criminal elements. His veterancy against the Order of the Black Dawn comes into great effect during Incidents 123513 (VPD investigation of an Order planned murder spree against Team GMEL), 124892 (Kidnapping contract cut short due to Order Arson spree against Vale's financial district), and 130169 (Order operation to seize a lost Ibaalin nuclear submarine and its cargo of tactical warheads).

Our instructors however, are most concerned with Stahlfritz's ability to perform in extended combat. His semblance has been noted to heavily drain his aura once active and he is unable to carry large amounts of ammunition while still maintaining mobility. Clients should keep this in mind before discussing a contract that may involve long firefights.

Concluding, Stahlfritz Panzier is an excellent operator. Despite his frequent antics, he maintains excellent academic and tactical standing.

Weapons and Equipment[]

They say a weapon needs to be an extension of yourself. I took it literally.
— Fritz regarding his claws

Sturmhund II[]

Sturmhund2

Sturmhund's Rifle mode. the lime-green light indicates Acidic dust is loaded

Sturmhund is Fritz's assault rifle, existing long before his enrollment/employment at Flagg. Since then, the weapon has been retrofitted to use a Leighly-Braun Manifold and accept a top loading dust powder magazine. The weapon is equipped with a 3x zoom ACOG and fires at 960 rounds per minute. Each magazine can supply the Manifold with enough dust to fabricate 90 rounds, each round hitting with the force of a modern .300 AAC blackout round. Ammunition is dispersed across his body to even out weight for Parkour purposes. Sturmhund is only held back by its weight of 4.5 kilograms and staggering recoil when fired for extended periods of time. Were it not for the shock dampeners in his legs, the weapon would be virtually unmanageable.

Sturmhund2 scissor

Sturmhund's Halberd mode.

While in rifle form, Sturmhund II can consume 15 rounds worth of dust to fire a single high-explosive 20mm gryojet in lieu of his old Grenade Manifold. Battlefield telemetry testing from CATSAI indicated to him that his grenade manifold lacked efficiency across the board for ergonomics and capacity. The device was then mostly scrapped and parts installed into Sturmhund. The gyrojet mostly feeds from the primary magazine, but tactical loads such as flashbangs (lightning + wind) or steam can be created from a secondary magazine in the pistol grip. The secondary magazine however, only contains enough dust to fabricate 3 gryojets.

The alternate form is a Scissor Halberd. Its diamond edged blades, combined with Sturmhund's mass allow it to puncture through most standard infantry armor. The weapon's cutting power is provided by a Pneumatic system running on Green Dust within the barrel. Once the bayonet shifts into position and is connected, the system provides the scissors with enough power to cut through armor, flesh, and bone, making it a threat to Organics and Synthetics.

Shrekfaust II[]

Shrekfaust

Shrekfaust fully deployed for demonstration purposes.

The Shrekfaust II are a pair of gauntlets used by Fritz in close quarters or during infiltration. It has a series of LB Manifold flash fabricated claws with a swordbreaker mounted on top. The image shows the swordbreaker in default position; not shown is the safety sheath for when they are not in use. Shrekfaust II also uses a Green Dust Pneumatic system; when activated, the swordbreaker will thrust forward at 3000 newtons, enough force to puncture an Ursai's skullplate. The magnums from Shrekfaust I have been removed to cut down operational costs.

Jump-kit[]

Stahlfritx jumpkit

Fritz's custom kit with omni-directional nozzle.

Like many eliminators, Fritz has a Jump-kit for better use of Freerunning and Parkour. His is a custom-designed model optimized for lateral movement along X and Y axes, though Z-axis is still within acceptable parameters. The device's fuel cell lasts for 120 seconds and it can maintain a burst of up to 4 seconds before the internal cooling mechanism force-stops it. Cooling sequence is double the time it was active. Output is 1000 newtons (F=M*A)

Semblance[]

Boo, mother****er.
— Fritz as he decloaks after eliminating an Ursai

Phantom: Stahlfritz's semblance causes his body and anything else he is wearing or carrying to become 100% transparent; no flickering or distortion. Unlike technology based cloaking devices, Phantom can cover his Thermal signature and even his smell to defeat any Grimm who hunt using their noses. Phantom is not without downsides however. It is easily defeated by Motion Detectors and it does not cover any sound that Fritz may make while sneaking around. To make matters worse, activating Phantom will lower Fritz's overall aura to 30% its original strength, making him rather vulnerable. Deactivating phantom still requires a few seconds for his aura to return to its original strength.

Backstory[]

Either slice its jugular or snap its neck. Don't try both; it's sloppy.
— Lucina commenting on her son's methodology of taking down a Beowulf

Stahlfritz’s mother (Lucina Panzier) and grandmother (Maragon Panzier) were both famous huntresses of the Sahale Federation before their retirements, but as the only son, this somewhat broke the tradition. Nonetheless, despite his parents saying nothing of the sort, Fritz is still determined to prove himself a better fighter than them. To this his mother has nothing more than pride in her son’s initiative and was more than happy to train him. Since he was five, Fritz trained for hours a day in the unique style developed by his mother and grandmother which combined parkour with gun and knifeplay. As a result, his normal school grades suffered but at age 12, he could reliably best his mother in a mock knife fight. It was also around this time that Fritz developed the perfect procrastination system for maximizing training time and keeping his teachers off his butt. By age 17, Fritz was supposed to attempt an application to Beacon, but was held back since being essentially home-schooled in combat meant he had no such transcripts or documentation. Driven by tradition and family pride, Fritz would instead apply to Flagg when his mother already taught him everything she knew.

Post Fall of Beacon[]

With no formal relations to Beacon Academy, that institution's downfall has had little effect on his personal life. From a professional standpoint however, his education at Flagg has been postponed and he has been transferred to Coronado as added security.
