Seraphine Mingliang, also known as Sera, is a student from Beacon Academy and one of the main protagonists of ASHE: RWBY Next Generations. Sera's weapon of choice is an Elemental Revolver Blade Whip (ERBW) named Melodic Lash.
The aspiring idol from the city of Argus in northern Mistral, Sera made her debut in the "Melodious" Trailer. After enrolling in Beacon with the approval of her father, Lin Mingliang, she becomes a member of Team ASHE alongside Autumn Rose, Hadley Belladonna, and Esmeralda Enciel.
