Team QUIL[]

Lustra Chamberlain's all-girl team from her Beacon Academy days. The quartet compiled an impressive list of achievements during their four years together, but parted ways after graduation. Composed of leader Quill Savage, Umeko Sakurai, Isla Taylor, and Lustra herself. The four allude to characters from each of the Four Great Classical Novels.

Journey to the West: Baigujing

Dream of the Red Chamber: Xue Baochai

Water Margin: Qiongying

Romance of the Three Kingdoms: Sun Shangxiang

Vacuan Huntsmen and Huntresses[]

Family Members[]

Chamberlains[]

Everglades and Vayne Chamberlain are the parents of Lustra. Sentenced to 25 years in jail for being accomplices to a first-degree murder, their early release is the catalyst for the plot of Red Mirror. Lustra has never met either of the two, and has no intention of doing so.

Grandpa and Grandma Chamberlain: The devoted but strict caretakers of Lustra. Fearing that she might carry the same immoral tendencies as her parents, they raised the girl to be a model Huntress, hoping this way of life would instill in her a strong sense of justice. Lustra chafed a good deal under their rules in her teenage years, but has come to understand their perspective.

Delinquents[]

A motley collection of troubled juveniles who flow into Lazuli Spring one day without any explanation. Not skilled enough to put up a fight against trained Hunters, but they could easily terrorize the civilians of the Spring. They go by handles, plus it seems they aren't all after the same goal, which quickly complicates things for the crew.

Qing Triad[]

The Spring Emperor[]

The shadowy leader of the Qing Triad. Said to be an imposing man unrivaled in swordsmanship, he prefers to direct his underlings from behind a velvet curtain.

Borrowed Grimm[]

A diverse range of Grimm which appear as oneshot antagonists for the main crew. Proper credit will be given in any chapters where they show up.

Adversaries[]

Miscellaneous[]

Civilians[]

Lovestone University Students[]

Undergraduate students of the illustrious business school, they are comprised of a privileged and brilliant class of future leaders. Their idyllic days, however, are soon to be marred by the unexplained deaths of two among them.
