The Fallen Angels are a mercenary organization dedicated to completing successful operations, gathering thieves, killers, ex-Hunters and criminals all for the price of the operation
Background[]
Overview[]
The Fallen Angels operate in a two-tiered system - Enlisted recruits undergo a training program. Once that is complete, they are evaluated. After the successful evaluation, they are given weapons and armor, and are assigned missions from clients. However, there is yet another system- The Elites. The Elites are recruited from more diverse backgrounds, and are almost always either criminals, independent mercenaries, and other lowlifes. After completing their own training and evaluation, they are assigned four-person teams, like Hunters, doing dirty missions. For this reason, they minimize operations in Vale, Atlas, and avoid Patch altogether.
If an Elite team encounters Hunters, then they will dispatch another team to attack them, until the operation is complete. The regular recruits are often separated from the Elites (unless in the most dire of situations), to maintain a facade of legal security. They are also willing to send in moles to Hunter academies to keep tabs on their operations, and inform the members in the field of any Hunter activity.
The regulars also are paid to operate in snatch-and grab operations, military operations, and sanctioned assasinations with the Kingdoms. They also train local security forces.
They also operate in several secret fortresses, and a pseudo-military compound. Leadership comes in the form of the High Council, where they enforce the house protocol. To encourage improvement, there will be a point system based on the successes of the members, in two divisions: Regulars and Elites.
The Fallen Angels have a series of house rules and policies, including:
- All members will be paid a salary, and will be commissioned based on the number of successful operations.
- Cooperation between members is mandatory, to encourage success in the operation.
- If members fail too many times, they will be eliminated.
- Members are instructed to constantly improve and learn from their mistakes.
- Disobedient members will be executed. Traitors will be tortured beforehand.
- There is zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind- it interferes with the individual's talents, and compromises operations.
- For any issues and complaints, a High Council will deliberate on the appropriate action.
- If any Fallen Angel is summoned for no reason or backstabbed in payment, then the individual/organization will be summarily punished.
- If any Fallen Angel is killed by an individual, then the offending individual will be punished.
- Captured Angels will be silenced, to prevent possible defections.
