Celia is an old village that housed a small population of people a while ago. In its days when it was still inhabited, it was not a very nice place to live. It was difficult to find resources near it, and Grimm attacks were frequent and an incredibly vast amount of souls were reaped by their bloodthirsty hands. However, people persevered and managed to build up a sizable population, soon becoming able to sustain itself. It relied heavily on imported goods, but it was still going strong.
After a number of years, Celia began to teeter on the cusp of an economic collapse. Not being a particularly wealthy place, the cost of all the imports that they had needed began to add up, debt collecting rather quickly, and most inhabitants recognized the fact that they were living in a sinking ship, one that could soon end up bringing them down with it.
However, it did not plummet in the way that it was estimated to. One year, it was hit by a remarkably powerful blizzard, and in such a small place with very little money, many wound up freezing to death quite quickly. The few survivors that it did carry quickly gathered up their remaining belongings and abandoned the forsaken huddle of buildings. To this day it has remained completely unpopulated, serving no large purpose other than the old buildings and other valuable resources being salvaged by other towns and cities seeking to use them. Today, what remains of Celia is simply a small cluster of destroyed and dilapidated buildings, and because of its dire situation, many refer to it as nothing more than a wasteland that need not be looked back at.
