Alabaster looks every bit like his father except for the fact; That he is fairly well built with a more toned body. He keeps his black hair well groomed and combed back straight there is; A slight hint of early graying around his side burns. He keeps his beard well trimmed down to nothing but a goatee. He has his father's Alluring Teal color eyes and has fair skin. He also wears white half rim glasses due to being near sighted.
He stands at six feet tall and is two hundred and ten pounds.
Street Attire:Alabaster wears a fairly plain white shirt under a brown vest and grey jean jacket. His pants are generally a more faded grey color to the jacket. He also is seen wearing a pair of flat top shoes.
Business Attire:He generally wears a basic grey suit with a surprisingly colorful bow-tie around his neck.(Though he has been known to wear other equally boring different color suits..White,Black,Brown..ect.)Same can be said about his pants. His shoes are generally slip on dress shoes which are black.
Nightingale Attire:Alabaster wears a nightingale skeleton style mask to cover his face up; To which he also wears a white tattered hooded shroud over it with a form fitting grey long sleeve shirt with a pauldron on his left shoulder; He also wears some leather bracers. His lower wears is some matching grey pants with knee pads; While his foot wear are some white steel toe boots.

Alabaster is a mix between his mother and father personality wise; In that when he is in the court room or talking with the media; He is a suave smooth talking lawyer with a friendly smile to his face and a aura of self confident to win every case even in the most hopeless of cases; He keeps his cool aiming to reassure his clientele that he has everything under control even;
Though he may not actual have everything under control. But when he looses he doesn't show his anger out in public instead he goes into his office or warehouse to vent out steam..And should he loose a case to a criminal he feels deserve the full punishment that they so rightful deserve..It is during these more darker rage induce moments;
That Alabaster becomes every bit like his mother in that; He becomes colder more stoic in nature and obsessive with a certain case or target; He'll spend days,weeks, months even on a target studying them and their routes to mind numbing levels of detail. After that he will plan out his attacks and then strike his target when they are at their most voulurable not caring; Who or what gets in his way until the job is done.
Another one of Alabaster's bad traits is his sense superiority in that; Due to his up bringing and his father's nobility. He believes himself above the criminal scum that he kills. He justifies this thought process with him telling himself that he is simply "Taking out the sickness within this world..One ill soul..at a time."
He has some of his father's traits at least his more redeeming ones such as; Him being loyal to his friends and family to the point of going so far as willing to put himself in harm's way if it means helping his friends and family members. But he also has some of his bad ones as well like;
His recklessness side to him in that; He will generally do daring and dangerous things to win a case or kill a target; This stems from part of his mother's personality and her strong sense of justice; Which is something he also carries though to a far more dangerous degree in that he truly believes himself above the law.
Backstory:[]
Alabaster was born the son of The Infamous thief Koray Nightingale and Ferrol Nightingale. The police officer turned huntress that captured him and then married him. Alabaster's life was fairly normal for the most except for rather than living in a house; He lived in a mobile trailer and grew up in The Circus De Nightingale. It was here that his father started to teach him the family trade of being a thief and for a time. He enjoyed it and took it very seriously learning everything he could from his father; Even becoming a bit of a prodigy with the skills he learned from his father and mother.
But over time he started to wonder; Why his father didn't do more with his gifts if he was this great and powerful self proclaim dust caster that he was. To which Koray simply told his son. "I didn't want to be a bird in a cage; My son I wanted to sour and see the world.". But this only annoyed Alabaster believing his father's words to be nothing more than lies. It wouldn't be till his 18th birthday that he would leave his home in search of his path in life.
To which Alabaster had to use his skills he learned to survive out there in the wild as well as within. The village limits it was generally two years of surviving on his own. That was till he was caught by a police officer to which upon seeing his disheveled attire the officer asked the lad. If he had anywhere to live to which Alabaster told the officer his story. It was from his tale; The officer took pity on the young man and told him.
That he should be using his skills for something more practical like being security or something. To which Alabaster did just that and eventually got a job as a bailiff for prisoners in court. It would several years into the career that he would be inspired to change his career and become a lawyer as; He was fascinated by the legal process and he wanted to make more lien than what his father; Ever could make like a circus performer;
By his 29 birthday; He was ready to take his steps into becoming a lawyer it took countless nights and days of studying law, But eventually and by his 37th birthday. Alabaster took and passed the Bar exam practically becoming a lawyer. To which by that time he had been seeing a woman by the name of Rosa Lovelace and the two eventually married and a had a kid. Flint Hawke Nightingale;
It was during the birth of his son that Alabaster's father came to see him. Their meeting was less than pleasant..but Alabaster being annoyingly like his father; Understood the importance of family. It was until the morning of the next day. That he and his father concluded how; They were gonna raise Flint. Alabaster agreed to allow Flint to visit the circus and stay there if he wanted. So long as his father kept his antics and stories to a minimum when around flint so that his son didn't try to take up the family legacy of becoming a thief.
But that couldn't prepare him for the horror that awaited him 15 years later; In which his son got wounded by one his father's creatures. To which this infuriated Alabaster to the point that he and his father got into an argument that leads to the poor creature having to be put down just to stop the fighting. After that incident Alabaster has been begrudgingly and warily allowing his son back into his father's circus once more. Waiting for the day another incident like that or worst to happen to his son or other circus members or even the customers so; That he can shut down his father's company once and for all.
Weapon/Semblance:[]
Simurgh(Rapier,Rod)RR: Takes the form of a fairly long rapier in that it is five feet long with a meteor black blade with a tan hilt and steel guard in a star style; The pommel has a nightingale on it. There is a small trigger hidden near the guard that allows; Alabaster to use its second form's abilities to a degree though at far less power.
The second form: Takes the form of a rod by gripping the pommel and pulling on it; This extends the hilt of the weapon out. The blade telescopes inward concealing it inside the guard of the weapon. By pressing the trigger down in the center of the rod. He open it up to reveal a dust crystal that he keeps stored inside and upon pressing the trigger unleash its power for a one shot blast.
The dust in question is a lighting and fire dust combo that he made to temporarily blind foes; He generally keeps a few of these on his person and the manner in reloading it is by twisting the pommel and then sliding the crystal inside.
Aura:Alabaster's Aura is White and he has a large amount equal to his father.
Philomela: Is Alabaster's semblance that he has kept hidden from everyone and trained with it in secret within his warehouse. Its an interesting summoning base semblance in that it has only three forms; Which are Bird, Flock, and Human.
Bird: It takes the form of a Nightingale bird it is about as powerful as a normal nightingale capable of doing some harm but; It won't outright kill anyone. (It only becomes deadly in its Flock and human form with the human form being the deadliest.)Its as durable as a nightingale and can last a few minutes(roughly 4-8 minutes)before vanishing. How Alabaster controls it is very much the same as his father;
In that it can fallow basic vocal commands and his hand jesters; His overall use of it is to subtly undermine his enemies. By using it with some dirty tactics such as tripping or even knocking down objects onto his foes.
Flock:It takes the form of a flock of Nightingales with this one; He summon and command about 20 Nightingales at a time with; Them each taking a portion of his aura to as they are summoned with each being only able to last a few moments (2-4 minutes.)with their destructive power being greater; When they are all together being equal to that of a flock of Nightingales.
Human: It takes on the appearance of a female specter like creature with a gruesome disfigured face with bandages covering her face; She wears a tattered dress with her arms being almost akin to that of a skeleton.
With her fingers almost clawing like; It can't take much damage before vanishing(roughly lasting only a few minutes 10-30 minutes max; With each strike from a weapon or shot from a fire arm dwindling its minutes downs;
By the second with each wound it takes for Alabaster instead of him.It can grip things and wield them to a puppet-like degree with Alabaster having to act out its movements when it is wielding a weapon. Over the years he discovered very much like his father; What dust can do to his semblance. In that.
Gravity Dust: Makes the birds able to crush/dent objects if they hit it in the right spot or even outright punch clean through something(With the limit being wood and brick). With the human form, it makes her as strong as a ox with her being strong enough to break bones(if not protected by aura.) and puncture bricks.
Fire Dust: With fire dust, the birds take on a fiery aspect and can burn/set things on fire. They can create a gust of flames when in a large enough group to burn large groups of enemies over a wide area(Rough 20 feet radius). For the female, she can burn foes with her grip and explode in a big fireball(20 feet radius).
Ice Dust:Banshee: The birds can create ice winds and freeze their enemies in place.While the female can touch foes with an icy grip that freezes their limbs that she touches, and she cut foes with ice claws.
Abilities:[]
Alabaster was a consider to be a prodigy of dust casting learning various dust techniques and abilities that should have taken him decades to master instead; He learned them within a few years time. Though he doesn't openly practice his dust casting craft instead preferring to do it within the privacy of a ware house he owns.
He has Mastered just about every dust spell his father has ever made with the exception of a his father's last spell Meteor strike; He prefers to only use the Razor Blade technique. But he has also made a few of his own dust spells which he has been secretly been testing,practicing and perfecting over the years.
Phantasm's Smoke:(Ice+Fire+Wind): Alabaster makes a fist with the use of the three dust and as he goes to throw his fist down as if he were slamming something down. A large puff of steam will form around him blinding the enemy for a few seconds.(10 seconds Max and a Radius of 30 ft)
Ice Wall:(Ice+Water+Wind):Alabaster waves his palm horizontally in the air in front of him to create a wall of ice. (The strength of which is dependent on the layers of ice it uses With one being equal to a plain of glass etc. all the way up to metalic glass level which is twenty being the max.)
Anemoi's Breath(Wind + Gravity): A strong gust of wind caused by Alabaster flicking his wrist in the direction of a enemy.(The of which can knock down down a grown man and if times by two can send vehicles flying/cause them flip over.);
Lighting Javelin:(Lighting+Earth+Gravity):Alabaster crafts a Javenlin made out of lighting with earth dust giving it the shape and sharpness and with gravity giving it the thrust necessary to pass clean through a enemy.(Another Rare skill used.)
Razor Blade(Ice+Water+Wind+Gravity): Alabaster must bring his hand back in a wave motion then with a swish of his hand in a arcing motion towards his enemy; A blade of Ice is formed that is strong enough to cut through steel.(Koray rarely uses this technique due to its lethal nature. Preferring to use its weaker variant.)
Meteor Strike:(Fire+Earth+Wind+Gravity):Alabaster puts one hand over the other; He then opens his thumbs and as he is rotating his hand he makes a "L" Shape with his hands before launching the attack. Which ends in a upside down facing "L" and the force of it is equal to that of a missile.(Another technique he rarely uses but will use on some grimm.)
His own spells are as followed from weakest to strongest(Top being Strongest/Deadly to bottom being Weakest/Non-Deadly):Razor Blade(Ice+Water+Wind+Gravity): Alabaster brings his sword back before swing it in a arc like fashion towards his foe creating a crescent blade like construct of Ice is formed that is strong enough to cut through steel or bone. If not protected by aura.
Blazing Blade Barrage(Lava+Earth+Fire+Wind+Gravity):Alabaster swings his sword in front of him towards his foe creating another crescent blade like construct; But after leaving the weapon it then explodes outward in a wide area of effect with molten hot and razor sharp shards that burn into their target; They are strong enough to imbibed themselves into steel or go clean through it if not protected by aura..It can even set fabrics a blaze if touched by the stones.
Lighting Lance:(Ice+Water+Lighting+Gravity):He thrusts his sword forward quickly; To which then a bright,blinding flash of light; Emits from the sword before a Ice lance is formed around the light and then quicker than the human eye can see is sent flying at the foe pinning/stunning them or freezing them in place.(For about 12 seconds and it can seriously wound or kill someone if aimed at a vital organ or aimed at the heart/head.)
But Alabaster didn't just study dust under his father; He also learnt the family trade of being a thief though he wasn't as good at it compared to his father..But despite his weakness in it he is still a Master thief in his own way. In that he can detect traps far better than his father can to the point; He can even find/figure out if a object or area has a trap door/hidden compartment inside it. A skill he perfected during his years as a guard when inspecting inmates and their cells.
Another skills his great at is one of his mother's in that he can read people's body language and figure out if they are lying to him or not. He isn't a Master of it but he can at the very least read most people anyone. Who has experience as poker player or is a insane criminal is beyond his skill range.
He is fairly skilled in avoiding detection/stealth though no where near as skilled as his father. At best he could sneak up on a unsuspecting guard but a huntsmen he couldn't at least not adults but young hunters yes. The other skills he some what competent at are lock picking,safe cracking and pick pocketing in that.
If he were to have the time or proper distraction he could get out or into whatever it is he needs to(Roughly 10 minutes to a hour depending on the craftsmanship of the safe/lock he is breaking into. Novice 1 minute to a second Master lock a hour..ect.).
As for his lawyer skills go he is a decent lawyer and can figure out some means of wining the case. Either by looking over some clues or something else like that.
