PROLOGUE "Why is it so hot today?" the voice of a woman gasped as she entered a massive lecture hall. Inside, students of various ages and experience sat impatiently in their seats, eagerly awaiting for an instructer to show her face.
The hall's impressive architecture was supported by sturdy steel coloured columns accent by streakes of an energy rich blue; between each pair, large, gate-styled windows allowed the natural morning light to breach through. A thick band of wood reinforced the columns at their base and hid several upward spotlights for night use. In the center laid visibly invulnerble stage of cement with decorative obelisks at its backdrop; surrounding the stage were numerous sets of bleachers where the students sat facing the center. In addition, two holographic screens flicked to life, displaying the words "NO SIGNAL" in authoritative white letters.
"Ugh, I'm sweating." the woman continued her rant while confidently striding towards the center of the room and where the students began to notice her presence. The most intriguing was her long titanium white hair tied up into a rough bun at the back of her head and a single side stand trailing down the left hemisphere of her face. Another noticed her eyes, a Powder Blue. However, she looked the part of a professor with her crisp white dress shirt, modest black skirt and vintage leather satchel.
"Ah, could that be the new instructure we heard about?"
"She's pretty hot! Look! Her bra's showing from sweat!"
"Doesn't look like much to me, I prefer Goodwitch over her anyday."
"What was her name? Miss... Sunshine? I don't see a smile on her face though."
The hustle and bustle of the environment worstened as the professor made her way to the podium besides the stage. However, she kept her cool as she finally reached her destination and unloaded her belongings. Reaching into her bag, she pulled out what appears to be a school issue scroll which she visibly scruggled to activate prompting several giggles from the students close-by.
"Stupid technology" she cussed before succesfully unlocking the device with a positive *ding*! The device displayed the time to her, 8:31 A.M., Suddenly, her head lowered in dissappointment, "I'm late." she cussed again.
By this time, the noise was getting to her as her strange behaviour caused more gossip trading amoungst the students. Without thinking, she reached for her satched again, drawing out an object faster than the students could register before an awesome explosion manifested at the sealing. The ceiling was unharmed, however, and with the room in silence, all attention was directed towards the proffessor who held a moderately sized pistol in her hand pointing vertically up. She then began to speak.
"Good morning, class, I apologize for my tardiness and if I could have all of your attention please." A few seconds went by, until a rogue cough cut the silence. On queue, another detonation occured in mere milliseconds followed by the frantic screams of students crying for help.
"There will be no interruptions in my classes." the woman continued, pistol still pointed to the crowd, "Some of you will not survive the next 10 minutes and the rest, I give half an hour before you decide to drop this course." Finally she lowered her pistol, "You will address me by my last name, Sch... Summers. Miss and Professor prefixes are acceptable, anything else is unacceptable." Summers looked around at the faces around her, expecting many to dissappear in the next minute, "In this course, you will be learning the full capabilities of your weapon and most importantly, the capabilities of your will. The lesson starts now, pay attention."
